Appel\u00e9 Risec, ce projet vise \u00e0 mieux int\u00e9grer les femmes et les personnes en situation de handicap dans le monde du travail.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cette rencontre, organis\u00e9e par le minist\u00e8re du Travail et le Mouvement des entreprises comorien (Modec), s\u2019est achev\u00e9e le 5 juin \u00e0 la Chambre de commerce de Ndzuani.<\/p>\n<p>Moctar Zouboudou, Pr\u00e9sident d\u2019un comit\u00e9 charg\u00e9 du dialogue social, a rappel\u00e9 qu\u2019il existe tr\u00e8s peu de donn\u00e9es sur les personnes handicap\u00e9es aux Comores. \u00ab <i>Ces personnes rencontrent de grandes difficult\u00e9s, notamment dans l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation et \u00e0 l\u2019emploi. Ce projet veut changer cela<\/i> \u00bb, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Djamaldine Moussa, repr\u00e9sentant du Modec, a encourag\u00e9 les dirigeants pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 adopter la Responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des entreprises (RSE). Cette d\u00e9marche permet aux structures \u00e9conomiques de jouer un r\u00f4le utile dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, tout en renfor\u00e7ant leur activit\u00e9. \u00ab <i>Plusieurs sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 accueillir des personnes en situation de handicap, que ce soit comme salari\u00e9s ou comme clients<\/i> \u00bb, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Soidiki Abdallah Moussa, \u00e9galement du Modec, a salu\u00e9 la dynamique positive observ\u00e9e sur l\u2019\u00eele.
