Le Diplomate a mentionn\u00e9 les domaines cl\u00e9s de coop\u00e9ration, tels que l\u2019\u00e9ducation, la p\u00eache, les technologies et le commerce, en mettant en valeur les projets communs r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En marge de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration, des prix ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remis aux laur\u00e9ats d\u2019un concours photo visant \u00e0 illustrer certains projets financ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Ambassadeur a \u00e9galement rappel\u00e9 que la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019UE reposait sur des principes de paix, de solidarit\u00e9 et de d\u00e9mocratie. La stabilit\u00e9 sociale et politique de Maurice a \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9e, soulignant que les deux partenaires partagent des valeurs communes, ce qui a renforc\u00e9 les liens au fil des d\u00e9cennies.<\/p>\n<p>Les relations bilat\u00e9rales ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 1970 avec le protocole sur le sucre et se sont renforc\u00e9es au fil des ans.
