{"id":93964,"date":"2025-05-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-05-08T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.capmad.com\/news\/%news-category%\/un-nouvel-outil-financier-pour-les-entrepreneurs-malgaches\/"},"modified":"2025-05-09T11:01:01","modified_gmt":"2025-05-09T08:01:01","slug":"un-nouvel-outil-financier-pour-les-entrepreneurs-malgaches","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.capmad.com\/fr\/news\/investissement-fr\/un-nouvel-outil-financier-pour-les-entrepreneurs-malgaches\/","title":{"rendered":"Un nouvel outil financier pour les entrepreneurs malgaches"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>Des TPE plus fortes gr\u00e2ce au Fonds Meso Capital<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Depuis avril 2025, un nouveau fonds appel\u00e9 Fonds Meso Capital Madagascar a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 pour soutenir les tr\u00e8s petites entreprises (TPE) du pays.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Soutenu par l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, ce dispositif vise \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre un probl\u00e8me majeur : le manque d\u2019acc\u00e8s au financement pour ces structures souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9es par les banques.<\/p>\n<p>Lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse tenue \u00e0 Antananarivo le 7 mai, un repr\u00e9sentant du FIVMPAMA (Fivondronan\u2019ny Mpandraharaha Malagasy) a expliqu\u00e9 que cette initiative cible plusieurs secteurs cl\u00e9s : agriculture, textile, artisanat, huiles essentielles, \u00e9nergie ou encore technologie. \u00ab <i>L\u2019objectif est d\u2019aider les TPE \u00e0 mieux s\u2019organiser, \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir sur le long terme <\/i>\u00bb, a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet pr\u00e9voit une premi\u00e8re lev\u00e9e de fonds de 5 millions EUR, avec un objectif de 20 millions dans les cinq ans. Les financements proviendront d\u2019investisseurs \u00e9trangers, banques de d\u00e9veloppement, fonds \u00e0 impact, particuliers et membres de la diaspora.<\/p>\n<p>Le fonctionnement de cette initiative se distingue par son approche collective : plusieurs TPE d\u2019un m\u00eame secteur sont regroup\u00e9es dans une structure appel\u00e9e SPV (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Projet). Ensemble, elles partagent outils, \u00e9quipements, locaux et acc\u00e8dent plus facilement aux march\u00e9s, ce qui limite les risques et am\u00e9liore les performances.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet s\u2019appuie sur des partenaires locaux comme Magma CGA ou Taninketsa Indostrialy, et suit un d\u00e9ploiement en six \u00e9tapes, du choix des gestionnaires au lancement officiel.<\/p>\n<p>Avec ce m\u00e9canisme, les petites entreprises malgaches pourront se renforcer et contribuer \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois durables.
