Cette nouvelle session r\u00e9unit 150 \u00e9tudiants venant de plusieurs universit\u00e9s publiques et priv\u00e9es bas\u00e9es \u00e0 Ankatso, ESPA, l\u2019ESTI, l\u2019UCM, l\u2019ESSA, l\u2019ACEEM, l\u2019INPF, l\u2019ISCAE et l\u2019ONIFRA.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ces \u00e9tudiants participeront \u00e0 une formation professionnelle de trois mois. \u00ab <i>Le but est de les aider \u00e0 mieux se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 leur future carri\u00e8re, en leur offrant des comp\u00e9tences pratiques demand\u00e9es par les entreprises<\/i> \u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Tiana Rasamimanana, Pr\u00e9sident du Syndicat des Industries de Madagascar.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme est le fruit d\u2019une collaboration entre le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrialisation et du Commerce, le Minist\u00e8re du Travail et le Syndicat des Industries de Madagascar. L\u2019ouverture officielle s\u2019est tenue dans la salle de r\u00e9union du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9conomie et des Finances \u00e0 Anosy.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs th\u00e8mes seront abord\u00e9s durant la formation. L\u2019un des principaux est la culture entrepreneuriale, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la Direction de la Promotion de l\u2019Entrepreneuriat du MIC. Les \u00e9tudiants apprendront \u00e0 mieux comprendre le fonctionnement des entreprises et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un esprit d\u2019initiative.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<i>Ce programme r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me courant : le manque d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle chez les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette formation, les participants auront plus de chances de trouver un stage, voire un emploi, apr\u00e8s leurs \u00e9tudes<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb a ajout\u00e9 le Pr\u00e9sident du SIM.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00f4le Stage Madagascar veut ainsi cr\u00e9er un pont entre les jeunes, les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et les entreprises.
