L\u2019unit\u00e9 insulaire face aux d\u00e9fis globaux<\/b><\/h2>\n

Antananarivo a vibr\u00e9 au rythme de la diplomatie r\u00e9gionale avec la cl\u00f4ture, ce 24 avril 2025, du 5\u1d49 Sommet de la Commission de l\u2019Oc\u00e9an Indien (COI), pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat comorien, Azali Assoumani.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le sommet, organis\u00e9 pour la troisi\u00e8me fois dans la capitale malgache, a rassembl\u00e9 chefs d\u2019\u00c9tat, experts et partenaires internationaux autour de deux axes majeurs : le bilan des 40 ans de coop\u00e9ration r\u00e9gionale et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la souverainet\u00e9 alimentaires. \u00c0 cette occasion, plusieurs initiatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9es, dont une exposition photo dans le cadre du programme Horizon 2030 et le livre \u00ab COI, une aventure insulaire \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Satisfait des conclusions issues des \u00e9changes, Azali Assoumani a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019un suivi rigoureux des recommandations, en insistant sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de renforcer les liens d\u2019amiti\u00e9 et de coop\u00e9ration. \u00ab Nous devons transformer nos \u00e9changes en actions concr\u00e8tes pour b\u00e2tir une r\u00e9gion plus prosp\u00e8re<\/i> \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le Pr\u00e9sident a \u00e9galement plaid\u00e9 pour la mise en place de zones de production agricoles r\u00e9gionales, afin de renforcer la souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire et de dynamiser le commerce intra-COI. Sur le plan s\u00e9curitaire, le Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019une coop\u00e9ration renforc\u00e9e contre les trafics en mer.<\/p>\n

Alors que l\u2019Union des Comores prend la pr\u00e9sidence de l\u2019organisation pour les douze prochains mois, Azali Assoumani promet un engagement total. Il soumettra prochainement un document strat\u00e9gique pour am\u00e9liorer la coordination r\u00e9gionale et appelle \u00e0 une position commune lors de la Conf\u00e9rence des Nations unies sur l\u2019oc\u00e9an \u00e0 Nice.<\/p>\n

Ce sommet s\u2019ach\u00e8ve sur une note d\u2019espoir, dans un esprit de solidarit\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e, \u00e0 l\u2019image d\u2019une COI tourn\u00e9e vers un avenir durable et partag\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
