Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 avec le soutien du groupe CDC Habitat et du conseil d\u00e9partemental.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de l\u2019inauguration, le Maire de Mamoudzou, Amdbilwahedou Soumaila, le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la SIM, Ahmed Ali Mondroha, et plusieurs repr\u00e9sentants institutionnels \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents. Au total, 150 logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9s : 60 dans la r\u00e9sidence Vili Vili Manga, accompagn\u00e9s de 10 locaux commerciaux, et 95 dans Les Terrasses.<\/p>\n<p>Ces constructions s\u2019inscrivent dans un programme global de 510 logements m\u00ealant habitat social, interm\u00e9diaire et libre. Ce programme comprend aussi 3 200 m\u00b2 de surfaces commerciales et de bureaux, ainsi qu\u2019une \u00e9cole priv\u00e9e, avec pour objectif de dynamiser le quartier de Cavani tout en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 la forte demande en r\u00e9sidences.<\/p>\n<p>Le Maire souligne l\u2019importance de ce projet, notamment apr\u00e8s les cyclones Chido et Dikeledi qui ont mis en \u00e9vidence la fragilit\u00e9 des habitations. \u00ab <i>Beaucoup de familles ont perdu leur toit. L\u2019urgence est donc de reconstruire vite et mieux <\/i>\u00bb, a-t-il affirm\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9voit la construction de 1 200 nouveaux toits. Une partie des chantiers, report\u00e9s en raison des intemp\u00e9ries, devrait red\u00e9marrer cette ann\u00e9e. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019adapter les futures constructions aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s climatiques de l\u2019\u00eele.<\/p>\n<p>Certains b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents lors de l\u2019inauguration. Aouladi Madi, futur locataire, a confi\u00e9 : \u00ab <i>J\u2019ai attendu un an. Aujourd\u2019hui, je suis soulag\u00e9. Je vais pouvoir vivre dans de bonnes conditions<\/i> \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, l\u2019entreprise met en place des actions pour am\u00e9liorer la vie quotidienne des r\u00e9sidents. Quatre gardiens d\u2019immeubles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s, et un service de soutien scolaire en ligne avec Acadomia est accessible \u00e0 500 enfants.
