Une nouvelle \u00e8re digitale s\u2019ouvre pour les malgaches<\/b><\/h2>\n

Le gouvernement malgache a lanc\u00e9 officiellement la composante \u00ab Appareils num\u00e9riques abordables \u00bb du Fonds DECIM.<\/b><\/p>\n

Avec un budget de 24 millions USD, 664 000 terminaux num\u00e9riques connect\u00e9s seront distribu\u00e9s \u00e0 travers Madagascar. Parmi eux, 400 000 sont r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux femmes et aux filles, pour favoriser leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation, \u00e0 l\u2019information et \u00e0 l\u2019autonomie \u00e9conomique. \u00ab \u00c0 quoi sert le num\u00e9rique s\u2019il reste hors de port\u00e9e de ceux qui en ont le plus besoin ?<\/i> \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la Ministre du D\u00e9veloppement Num\u00e9rique, St\u00e9phanie Delmotte.<\/p>\n

Ce programme s\u2019inscrit dans une vision plus large du d\u00e9veloppement. Le Fonds DECIM, qui dispose au total de 97 millions USD, finance \u00e9galement l\u2019\u00e9lectrification de deux millions de personnes, l\u2019installation de mini-r\u00e9seaux dans les zones isol\u00e9es, ainsi que la distribution de solutions solaires hors r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019objectif est de construire un pays plus connect\u00e9, plus \u00e9quitable et plus r\u00e9silient. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette initiative, les femmes pourront lancer des activit\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices de revenus, les jeunes filles acc\u00e9deront \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation en ligne, et les services publics num\u00e9riques seront am\u00e9lior\u00e9s dans les zones rurales<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb ajoute la Ministre.<\/p>\n

St\u00e9phanie Delmotte a appel\u00e9 les entreprises int\u00e9ress\u00e9es \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019appel \u00e0 candidatures qui s\u2019ouvrira le 22 avril, afin de participer \u00e0 la construction d\u2019un avenir num\u00e9rique plus inclusif pour tous les malgaches.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
