Le 12 avril 2025, le Carlton d\u2019Antananarivo accueille la 7\u1d49 \u00e9dition du tr\u00e8s attendu Salon du chocolat et de la gourmandise. V\u00e9ritable vitrine du cacao malgache, reconnu parmi les meilleurs au monde, cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement promet une immersion sensorielle unique sous le th\u00e8me \u00e9vocateur \u00ab Show Show Chocolat \u00bb.<\/b><\/p>\n

Durant cette journ\u00e9e, une trentaine d\u2019exposants partageront leur passion et leur savoir-faire \u00e0 travers des d\u00e9gustations, des ateliers culinaires et m\u00eame des d\u00e9fil\u00e9s de mode en chocolat. Une mise en sc\u00e8ne originale qui c\u00e9l\u00e8bre l\u2019art du cacao dans toute sa splendeur. Pour Fiona Tsiranana, Pr\u00e9sidente du Wednesday Morning Group (WMG) et organisatrice de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, ce salon est bien plus qu\u2019un rendez-vous gourmand : il s\u2019agit d\u2019un tremplin pour les producteurs locaux, mais aussi d\u2019une vitrine \u00e0 l\u2019international.<\/p>\n

Au-del\u00e0 des saveurs, le salon porte \u00e9galement un message fort de solidarit\u00e9. Le WMG mettra en avant l\u2019autonomisation des femmes, \u00e0 travers des formations en couture, pour leur offrir de nouvelles perspectives professionnelles dans des domaines compl\u00e9mentaires comme l\u2019artisanat et la mode. Une belle mani\u00e8re de relier la gastronomie \u00e0 l\u2019engagement social.<\/p>\n
