Ce changement vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la gestion des investissements et \u00e0 faciliter les relations avec les investisseurs locaux et \u00e9trangers.<\/p>\n<p>Isabelle Wabete, Pr\u00e9sidente du Conseil d\u2019Administration de l\u2019entreprise, a soulign\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance de ce geste. \u00ab\u00a0<i>Ce versement t\u00e9moigne de l&rsquo;engagement durable de l\u2019entreprise en faveur de Madagascar<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Rasolondraibe Tsiresy, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral par int\u00e9rim du FSM, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que ce transfert de gestion permet de renforcer la gouvernance et de mieux g\u00e9rer les ressources de l\u2019\u00c9tat. Rakotomalala Fanja, Pr\u00e9sident <i>de Rio Tinto QMM<\/i>, confirme que toutes les conditions \u00e9taient r\u00e9unies pour ce versement, soulignant la bonne sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dividende t\u00e9moigne de l\u2019engagement de QMM pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique de Madagascar, avec des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices directs pour les
