L\u2019Onu-Habitat forme les agents locaux des Comores<\/b><\/h2>\n

Les 19 et 20 mars, 78 agents pr\u00e9fectoraux et communaux des Comores ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une formation sur la r\u00e9silience climatique urbaine, organis\u00e9e au si\u00e8ge de l\u2019ancien h\u00f4tel Les Arcades \u00e0 Moroni<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Cette initiative, soutenue par l’Onu-Habitat, s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre du projet \u00ab Construire la r\u00e9silience climatique urbaine dans 4 pays d’Afrique du Sud-Est \u00bb, qui concerne Madagascar, le Mozambique, le Malawi et les Comores.<\/p>\n

La formation a permis aux participants de se familiariser avec le guide urbain et communautaire. Un outil pour faire face aux d\u00e9fis climatiques qui menacent les zones urbaines. Mohamed Abdou, Directeur de l\u2019Am\u00e9nagement du territoire et Hamidi Soul\u00e9 Saandi, charg\u00e9 de la gouvernance locale \u00e0 l’Onu-Habitat, ont anim\u00e9 les sessions. Notamment, en mettant en lumi\u00e8re cinq probl\u00e9matiques majeures li\u00e9es aux changements climatiques : vagues de chaleur, cyclones, inondations, etc. Ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes, de plus en plus fr\u00e9quents, ont des r\u00e9percussions directes sur les communaut\u00e9s et sur l\u2019urbanisation.<\/p>\n

Moinahedji Ibrahim, participante et cadre de la commune de Domba, a soulign\u00e9 la pertinence de la formation, qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 locale pr\u00e9occupante. Ainsi, elle a exprim\u00e9 l\u2019espoir que les connaissances acquises soient concr\u00e8tement mises en \u0153uvre pour am\u00e9liorer la gestion des risques climatiques et renforcer la r\u00e9silience des infrastructures urbaines. Farid Mkavavo, D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de la gouvernance locale de Ngazidja, a quant \u00e0 lui insist\u00e9 sur l\u2019importance de cette formation pour renforcer l’expertise des agents locaux et faciliter, \u00e0 terme, la d\u00e9livrance des permis de construire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
