{"id":91275,"date":"2025-03-24T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-03-23T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.capmad.com\/news\/%news-category%\/confirme-sa-participation-au-sommet-de-la-coi\/"},"modified":"2025-03-24T11:01:17","modified_gmt":"2025-03-24T08:01:17","slug":"confirme-sa-participation-au-sommet-de-la-coi","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.capmad.com\/fr\/news\/diplomatie-fr\/confirme-sa-participation-au-sommet-de-la-coi\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Pr\u00e9sident comorien confirme sa participation au sommet de la COI"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>Les leaders de l\u2019Oc\u00e9an Indien se r\u00e9uniront \u00e0 Madagascar pour discuter de la souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Le 5\u1d49 sommet des Chefs d&rsquo;\u00c9tat et de Gouvernement de la Commission de l\u2019Oc\u00e9an Indien (Coi) se tiendra \u00e0 Madagascar le 24 avril 2025.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cette rencontre de haut niveau, qui se d\u00e9roulera \u00e0 Ivato, Antananarivo, marquera une \u00e9tape importante pour la coop\u00e9ration r\u00e9gionale, dix ans apr\u00e8s le sommet de Moroni en 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Le Pr\u00e9sident des Comores, Azali Assoumani, a confirm\u00e9 sa pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, tout comme les dirigeants des Seychelles, de l\u2019\u00eele Maurice, de Madagascar et de La R\u00e9union. Le sommet se concentrera sur des questions essentielles pour la r\u00e9gion, notamment la \u00ab s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et souverainet\u00e9 alimentaires \u00bb en Indianoc\u00e9anie, un enjeu majeur pour les pays insulaires de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p>Les discussions aborderont des th\u00e9matiques cl\u00e9s telles que la transformation des syst\u00e8mes agricoles, la r\u00e9silience face aux crises climatiques et \u00e9conomiques, ainsi que l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la connectivit\u00e9 et du commerce r\u00e9gional. Ces d\u00e9bats s&rsquo;appuieront sur les r\u00e9sultats de la conf\u00e9rence minist\u00e9rielle sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et la nutrition, qui a eu lieu \u00e0 Madagascar du 19 au 21 mars et qui a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 le terrain pour le sommet.<\/p>\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1984, la COI joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la promotion de l\u2019int\u00e9gration et de la coop\u00e9ration entre les pays de l\u2019Oc\u00e9an Indien. Le sommet de 2025 sera l\u2019occasion de dresser un bilan des quarante ann\u00e9es de collaboration et de d\u00e9finir les priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0
