L\u2019objectif est de d\u00e9terminer les am\u00e9nagements n\u00e9cessaires pour rendre l\u2019\u00e9tablissement apte \u00e0 accueillir ce nouveau programme.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet vise \u00e0 former des officiers maritimes et \u00e0 offrir des certifications reconnues internationalement. Il s\u2019agit de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins du secteur et lutter contre le ch\u00f4mage des jeunes. Selon Omar Houmadi, directeur de l\u2019Enpmm, l\u2019\u00e9cole devra effectuer certains ajustements pour \u00eatre pleinement pr\u00eate \u00e0 int\u00e9grer les normes internationales. <\/p>\n<p>Le projet se d\u00e9ploiera en trois phases. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 encadrer les formateurs pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019enseignement. La deuxi\u00e8me phase porte sur la formation des officiers maritimes, incluant les commandants et capitaines. Enfin, un programme de recyclage sera propos\u00e9 aux 400 marins d\u00e9j\u00e0 en service afin de leur permettre d\u2019obtenir une certification de niveau sup\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet, soutenu par l&rsquo;initiative Inter-connectivit\u00e9 des \u00eeles, offre aux jeunes Comoriens une chance de se former dans un secteur cl\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, tout en renfor\u00e7ant les
