Un nouveau programme pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des services<\/b><\/h2>\n

Le Minist\u00e8re du Tourisme et de l’Artisanat a officiellement re\u00e7u, ce 10 mars au Carlton, le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de formation \u00ab Chef d’\u00e9quipe d’h\u00e9bergement \u00bb.<\/b><\/p>\n

Ce projet vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les comp\u00e9tences des professionnels du secteur Tourisme-H\u00f4tellerie-Restauration (THR). L\u2019objectif est de garantir des services conformes aux standards internationaux.<\/p>\n

Ce programme est le dixi\u00e8me r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel mis en place parmi les seize m\u00e9tiers identifi\u00e9s comme prioritaires. De plus, il est le fruit d’une collaboration entre le Minist\u00e8re de l’Enseignement Technique et de la Formation Professionnelle (METFP), ainsi que du Tourisme et de l’Artisanat et l’Institut Europ\u00e9en de Coop\u00e9ration et de D\u00e9veloppement (IECD) Madagascar.<\/p>\n

Compar\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation de \u00ab Valet\/Femme de chambre \u00bb , ce programme offre un niveau de qualification plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, ouvrant de meilleures perspectives aux travailleurs du secteur. Son objectif est de renforcer l’employabilit\u00e9 des professionnels du tourisme, d\u00e9j\u00e0 sollicit\u00e9s par le d\u00e9veloppement du secteur.<\/p>\n

Selon un responsable au sein du Minist\u00e8re : \u00ab En am\u00e9liorant la qualit\u00e9 des services h\u00f4teliers, cette formation permet au pays de mieux accueillir les touristes et de se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 de grands \u00e9v\u00e9nements internationaux <\/i>\u00bb. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
