Un climat des affaires \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer pour attirer les investisseurs<\/b><\/h2>\n

Le 24 f\u00e9vrier 2025, l\u2019Economic Development Board of Madagascar (EDBM) a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 ses ambitions pour cette ann\u00e9e, avec l\u2019objectif d\u2019attirer 25 nouveaux projets d\u2019investissement, chacun avec un capital moyen de 5 millions USD.<\/b><\/p>\n

Adriannie Tahoma, Directrice des services investisseurs, \u00ab a nuanc\u00e9 ces pr\u00e9visions en pr\u00e9cisant que leur r\u00e9alisation d\u00e9pendra du contexte \u00e9conomique et des ajustements n\u00e9cessaires apr\u00e8s la prospection sur le terrain \u00bb. <\/i>L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2024 a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par des r\u00e9sultats encourageants, avec la cr\u00e9ation de 1 650 nouvelles soci\u00e9t\u00e9s via une plateforme d\u00e9di\u00e9e. Ainsi que le traitement de 1 398 demandes d\u2019autorisation d\u2019emploi gr\u00e2ce au syst\u00e8me E-Work. L\u2019EDBM vise \u00e0 poursuivre la digitalisation de ses services pour faciliter les d\u00e9marches des investisseurs.<\/p>\n

En mati\u00e8re d\u2019investissement \u00e9tranger, l\u2019institution a concr\u00e9tis\u00e9 14 projets sur 98 propositions de prospection, affichant un taux de conversion de 14,47 %. Les investissements directs \u00e9trangers (IDE) ont \u00e9galement connu une augmentation, atteignant 519 millions USD en 2023, contre 469 millions USD en 2022. Les principaux pays investisseurs sont la France, les \u00c9tats-Unis, Maurice, le Japon et la Cor\u00e9e du Sud.<\/p>\n

Tojo Ramamonjisoa, Directeur des r\u00e9formes et du d\u00e9veloppement priv\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019EDBM, souligne que l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie, les infrastructures de transport, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la mise \u00e0 jour des informations professionnelles repr\u00e9sentent des d\u00e9fis majeurs.
