{"id":88972,"date":"2025-02-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-19T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.capmad.com\/news\/%news-category%\/excelia-un-label-pour-le-digital-malgache\/"},"modified":"2025-02-20T11:00:30","modified_gmt":"2025-02-20T08:00:30","slug":"excelia-un-label-pour-le-digital-malgache","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.capmad.com\/fr\/news\/technologie-fr\/excelia-un-label-pour-le-digital-malgache\/","title":{"rendered":"Excelia : un label pour le digital malgache"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>Madagascar attire les investisseurs avec des initiatives num\u00e9riques ambitieuses<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Le 19 f\u00e9vrier 2025, le Groupement des Op\u00e9rateurs des Technologies de l\u2019Information et de la Communication de Madagascar (GOTICOM) lance l\u2019initiative \u00ab Choose Digital Madagascar \u00bb et le label \u00ab Excelia \u00bb lors d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 Antaninarenina.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 cette occasion, un accord est sign\u00e9 avec plusieurs partenaires, dont le Minist\u00e8re du D\u00e9veloppement Num\u00e9rique, de la Poste et de la t\u00e9l\u00e9communication (MNDPT), le Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Industrie et du Commerce (MIC), la Chambre de Commerce et de l\u2019Industrie (CCI), ainsi que l\u2019Economic Development Board of Madagascar (EDBM).\u00a0 L\u2019objectif de \u00ab Choose Digital Madagascar \u00bb est de positionner le pays comme une destination technologique et attirer des entreprises \u00e9trang\u00e8res. Ce projet pr\u00e9sente l\u2019innovation et le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences locales.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, Le label \u00ab Excelia \u00bb garantit la qualit\u00e9 des services et se divise en trois cat\u00e9gories : Excelia Trusted E-commerce, destin\u00e9 aux plateformes de vente en ligne, Excelia Digital Services, pour les entreprises du num\u00e9rique et Excelia Digital Academy, d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux formations professionnelles dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n<p>La Ministre du MNDPT souligne que \u00ab l<i>e secteur conna\u00eet une forte croissance, notamment avec l\u2019essor de l\u2019argent mobile qui compte aujourd\u2019hui 15 millions d\u2019utilisateurs<\/i> \u00bb. Cependant, elle a aussi mentionn\u00e9 un manque de professionnels qualifi\u00e9s, avec seulement 800 ing\u00e9nieurs form\u00e9s par an contre un besoin de 4 000.<\/p>\n<p>Le Ministre de l\u2019Industrie et du Commerce insiste sur l\u2019importance d\u2019une collaboration entre le secteur priv\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00c9tat pour assurer le d\u00e9veloppement du num\u00e9rique dans le pays. Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019EDBM ajout que \u00ab <i>ce partenariat est essentiel pour renforcer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du pays aupr\u00e8s des investisseurs et am\u00e9liorer la
