Cet accord marque un tournant dans la r\u00e9habilitation du territoire. Plus d&rsquo;un milliard d&rsquo;euros seront mobilis\u00e9s pour restaurer les infrastructures et soutenir les familles vuln\u00e9rables.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Lors de sa visite officielle \u00e0 Mayotte le 31 janvier 2025, le Ministre des Outre-mer a sign\u00e9 un accord avec le Pr\u00e9sident Ben Issa Ouss\u00e9ni, en pr\u00e9sence des \u00e9lus locaux et des autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes. Ce document marque une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive pour le redressement du territoire. En effet, un financement de plus d&rsquo;un milliard d&rsquo;euros sera allou\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9habilitation des infrastructures et des b\u00e2timents essentiels.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9partement de Mayotte recevra ainsi des subventions et des pr\u00eats bonifi\u00e9s pour restaurer ses structures. De plus, la Fondation de France apportera son soutien pour aider les familles les plus vuln\u00e9rables. Un financement partiel du Fonds de Solidarit\u00e9 Logement (FASAAL) sera assur\u00e9, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la demande des \u00e9lus de maintenir une partie des dons fran\u00e7ais au service de la reconstruction.<\/p>\n<p>La convention pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un \u00e9tablissement public d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9habilitation, avec une pleine participation du d\u00e9partement. Ce partenariat garantira une coordination optimale entre l&rsquo;\u00c9tat et les collectivit\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n<p>Le Ministre a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 son engagement \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les travaux, promettant un avenir plus serein pour le territoire. Ben Issa Ouss\u00e9ni, quant \u00e0 lui, a salu\u00e9 cette initiative.
