L’utilisation de solutions thermiques<\/h2>\n

Apr\u00e8s une pause apparente, le d\u00e9lestage a repris \u00e0 Antananarivo et ses zones adjacentes. La Jirama, le fournisseur d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle nationale, persiste \u00e0 diffuser des listes pr\u00e9cises des r\u00e9gions touch\u00e9es.<\/b><\/p>\n

Initialement pr\u00e9vu pour des coupures d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 de deux heures, les interruptions s’\u00e9tendent plus longtemps que pr\u00e9vu et se multiplient de mani\u00e8re croissante. Depuis dimanche, certains quartiers font l’objet de coupures temporaires de trois heures \u00e0 plusieurs reprises au cours de la journ\u00e9e. De surcro\u00eet, des coupures durant la nuit viennent s’ajouter, perturbant la routine quotidienne des r\u00e9sidents.<\/p>\n

D’apr\u00e8s la Jirama, elle fait face \u00e0 une double restriction. Le manque de combustibles pour faire fonctionner les centrales thermiques et la chute s\u00e9v\u00e8re de la production des barrages hydro\u00e9lectriques. Cette circonstance, amplifi\u00e9e par l’allongement de la p\u00e9riode d’\u00e9tiage, a entra\u00een\u00e9 une augmentation notable de la production thermique, consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme essentielle pour pr\u00e9server une apparence d’\u00e9quilibre sur le r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n

Selon les annonces officielles, les coupures \u00e9taient pr\u00e9vues entre 10h et 18h. Cependant, pour certains quartiers, elles d\u00e9butent d\u00e9sormais d\u00e8s 9h. Les p\u00e9riodes sans \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 diff\u00e8rent, certaines r\u00e9gions \u00e9tant priv\u00e9es de courant de 9h \u00e0 midi, d’autres de midi \u00e0 15h ou encore de 15h \u00e0 18h30, voire plus. En plus de ces coupures programm\u00e9es, il y a des interruptions d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 impr\u00e9vues.
