N\u00e9anmoins, en raison de l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9s, cette jeunesse opte fr\u00e9quemment pour l&rsquo;exil. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;Organisation internationale pour les migrations (OIM), pr\u00e8s de quinze mille jeunes Malgaches ont essay\u00e9 de quitter leur pays clandestinement en 2020. Cette tendance cro\u00eet annuellement, entra\u00eenant une diminution des comp\u00e9tences dans des domaines tels que l&rsquo;agriculture, la sant\u00e9 et le num\u00e9rique. Selon l&rsquo;Institut national de la statistique de Madagascar (Instat), cette migration cr\u00e9e une lacune dans des domaines cruciaux pour le progr\u00e8s du pays.<\/p>\n<p>Cette migration est largement influenc\u00e9e par le taux de ch\u00f4mage chez les jeunes. Selon la Banque mondiale, plus de 15 % des jeunes \u00e0 Madagascar sont au ch\u00f4mage, surtout dans les r\u00e9gions rurales. En raison de l&rsquo;absence de perspectives \u00e9conomiques, un grand nombre de jeunes choisissent de quitter le pays, ce qui compromet l&rsquo;avenir \u00e9conomique du pays. Par ailleurs, la pauvret\u00e9 et l&rsquo;absence d&#8217;emploi nourrissent la migration clandestine.<\/p>\n<p>Les mesures prises pour contr\u00f4ler les mouvements migratoires, telles que l&rsquo;arr\u00eat des visas de sortie, ont fr\u00e9quemment produit l&rsquo;effet contraire. Ces circonstances ont engendr\u00e9 une augmentation des migrations irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res, orchestr\u00e9es par des agences priv\u00e9es ou par les migrants eux-m\u00eames. Plusieurs mesures peuvent \u00eatre envisag\u00e9es pour r\u00e9duire cette tendance. Il est crucial de favoriser l&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;entreprise et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;enseignement professionnel dans des domaines \u00e0 haut potentiel.<\/p>\n<p>Cela peut offrir des options tangibles \u00e0 la migration. Il est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire que les politiques publiques encouragent la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;emplois p\u00e9rennes dans des domaines cruciaux pour le
