Favoriser l’int\u00e9gration de la biodiversit\u00e9<\/h2>\n

Un atelier tripartite a vu la participation des membres du minist\u00e8re de l’Agriculture, de l’Environnement des Seychelles, d’ONG et du secteur priv\u00e9. L\u2019objectif du projet de soutien aux initiatives pr\u00e9coces du Cadre mondial pour la biodiversit\u00e9 (GBF-EAS) consiste \u00e0 exposer les r\u00e9sultats des consultations en cours.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le projet GBF-EAS, soutenu par le Fonds pour l’environnement mondial (FEM), a pour objectif de promouvoir les premi\u00e8res d\u00e9marches visant \u00e0 instaurer la Convention sur la diversit\u00e9 biologique (CDB). Les r\u00e9sultats des conclusions permettront d’harmoniser les strat\u00e9gies et plans d’action nationaux en mati\u00e8re de biodiversit\u00e9 (SPANB), ainsi que le financement de la biodiversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Les trois recherches cl\u00e9s se concentrent principalement sur le contr\u00f4le national de la biodiversit\u00e9 et des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes marins et terrestres. La premi\u00e8re permet de rep\u00e9rer les dangers, les faiblesses et les mesures prioritaires afin d’\u00e9clairer le SPANB. La seconde consiste en une analyse de la viabilit\u00e9 des projets visant \u00e0 financer la biodiversit\u00e9 dans le domaine du transport maritime. L’\u00e9tude analyse les effets du domaine sur la biodiversit\u00e9. Elle \u00e9tudie la possibilit\u00e9 d’instaurer une fiscalit\u00e9 sur les bateaux de croisi\u00e8re conform\u00e9ment au Plan de financement pour la biodiversit\u00e9 des Seychelles (2019).<\/p>\n

La derni\u00e8re recherche expos\u00e9e permet d’\u00e9valuer les insuffisances et les exigences des dispositifs politiques et institutionnels en mati\u00e8re de biodiversit\u00e9. C’est une analyse approfondie des r\u00e9gimes juridiques et politiques destin\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer la conformit\u00e9 avec le Cadre mondial de la biodiversit\u00e9, tout en proposant des suggestions pour pallier les faiblesses institutionnelles et favoriser l’int\u00e9gration de la biodiversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
