Un nouveau financement de la Banque mondiale<\/h2>\n

Le gouvernement des Seychelles et la Banque mondiale ont \u00e9voqu\u00e9 ce lundi de nouveaux secteurs de coop\u00e9ration, comme le financement du changement climatique ou l’\u00e9valuation du fonctionnement public pour favoriser l’efficacit\u00e9 de l’industrie des \u00e9nergies renouvelables.<\/b><\/p>\n

Victoria Kwakwa, vice-pr\u00e9sidente de la Banque mondiale pour l’Afrique de l’Est et l’Afrique australe, a eu un rendez-vous avec le ministre des Finances, de la Planification nationale et du Commerce, Naadir Hassan, \u00e0 la suite de sa visite sur les lieux dimanche. Kwakwa et son \u00e9quipe ont effectu\u00e9 plusieurs visites sur la c\u00f4te Est de Mah\u00e9. C’\u00e9taient diverses zones de projets con\u00e7us pour contrer les cons\u00e9quences de l’\u00e9rosion due au changement climatique et soutenus par le financement de la Banque mondiale.<\/p>\n

La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape du projet, qui englobe le co\u00fbt d’une section littorale de 300 m\u00e8tres pour un montant de 152 000 USD, est termin\u00e9e. Durant sa rencontre avec Hassan lundi, Kwakwa a qualifi\u00e9 la visite sur site de capitale, en particulier en ce qui concerne les cons\u00e9quences du changement climatique. \u00ab Nous accordons une grande importance \u00e0 la voix de notre client, surtout celle des petits \u00c9tats insulaires. La Banque mondiale est dispos\u00e9e \u00e0 apporter son soutien aux Seychelles<\/i> \u00bb, a-t-elle annonc\u00e9.<\/p>\n
