Favorise le d\u00e9placement des biens et services \u00e0 travers le continent<\/h2>\n

L’int\u00e9gration de la Grande \u00eele \u00e0 la Zlecaf progresse. Le projet de loi relatif \u00e0 la mise en place de cette zone de libre-\u00e9change a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 par le conseil des ministres.<\/b><\/p>\n

L’int\u00e9gration de Madagascar dans la Zone de libre-\u00e9change continentale africaine (Zlecaf) continue d’\u00eatre discut\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s avoir consult\u00e9 les intervenants \u00e9conomiques, les autorit\u00e9s ont mis en place un projet de loi visant \u00e0 valider le processus. Cette r\u00e9solution a \u00e9t\u00e9 soumise au conseil des ministres mercredi et a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e. L’une des ambitions majeures de la Zlecaf est de diminuer graduellement les obstacles tarifaires et non tarifaires entre les pays africains. Ceci favorise le d\u00e9placement des biens et services \u00e0 travers le continent.<\/p>\n

L’objectif de cet accord est d’am\u00e9liorer les transactions commerciales entre les pays membres de l’Union africaine, en exemptant des taxes sur les biens import\u00e9s. Le secteur priv\u00e9, dont les principaux intervenants sont les premiers affect\u00e9s par une possible int\u00e9gration \u00e0 la Zlecaf, a \u00e9galement accept\u00e9 cette ratification. D’apr\u00e8s le PNUD, la signature de ces accords sera une \u00e9tape cruciale pour le pays, car il souhaite exploiter ce catalyseur pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l’int\u00e9gration \u00e9conomique \u00e0 Madagascar.<\/p>\n

En se conformant enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 cet accord, Madagascar promet de profiter des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices d’un march\u00e9 mondial en croissance. Cependant, ce projet de loi doit passer par les deux chambres avant d’\u00eatre approuv\u00e9.
