Simplifier leurs transactions commerciales<\/h2>\n

Avec l\u2019objectif de moderniser la douane pour augmenter son efficacit\u00e9 et favoriser la croissance \u00e9conomique, la Douane malgache met en place le projet \u00ab Mandroso \u00bb.<\/b><\/p>\n

C’est un programme de sensibilisation aux normes douani\u00e8res soutenu par l’USAID via le Pnud. L’objectif de ce programme est d’informer les acteurs \u00e9conomiques sur les normes douani\u00e8res, dans le but d’am\u00e9liorer la transparence et l’efficacit\u00e9. L’objectif du programme est d’atteindre environ 2 000 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, comprenant des importateurs, exportateurs et des agents de douane.<\/p>\n

Les s\u00e9ances de formation se concentreront sur divers sujets. Elles englobent des d\u00e9marches de d\u00e9douanement jusqu’aux crit\u00e8res de la Convention sur le commerce international des esp\u00e8ces sauvages de faune et flore menac\u00e9es d’extinction (Cites), sans oublier les exemptions fiscales. L’accent sera mis sur l’int\u00e9gration des sexes, en encourageant la participation f\u00e9minine.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Mandroso<\/i> \u00bb, mis en place dans diverses villes du pays (Toliara, Antalaha, Toamasinina, Antsirabe, Nosy Be, Antsiranana, Mahajanga, Antananarivo), vise \u00e0 transformer la Douane de Madagascar en un pilier majeur pour promouvoir le civisme fiscal et la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique. De plus, cela favorise une int\u00e9gration accrue dans les relations internationales.<\/p>\n

Ce projet fait partie d’une approche de modernisation perp\u00e9tuelle, visant \u00e0 consolider la professionnalisation des fonctionnaires douaniers et des intervenants \u00e9conomiques. En mettant en place des cellules de conseil et d’aide, la Douane malgache vise \u00e0 soutenir les entreprises dans le respect des normes l\u00e9gales tout en simplifiant leurs transactions commerciales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
