Au cours d&rsquo;une rencontre \u00e0 Iavoloha, des projets tels que la cr\u00e9ation de la Route du Soleil, la r\u00e9habilitation de ports et les centrales hydro\u00e9lectriques ont fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;\u00e9changes.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Un acteur majeur \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale dans le domaine de la construction et du design civil. Le groupe China \u00ab <i>Communication Construction Company<\/i> \u00bb (CCCC) arrive \u00e0 la porte de Madagascar dans ce statut. Cette multinationale, dirig\u00e9e par son pr\u00e9sident directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral (PDG), est actuellement en train de mener une consultation \u00e9conomique dans la Grande \u00cele.<\/p>\n<p>Au Palais d&rsquo;\u00c9tat d&rsquo;Iavoloha, le dirigeant du groupe CCCC et son \u00e9quipe ont organis\u00e9 une rencontre de travail avec Andry Rajoelina, le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique. Le chef de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat a mis en avant les possibilit\u00e9s d&rsquo;une coop\u00e9ration entre Madagascar et la multinationale. Wang Tongzhou a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il envisageait de mobiliser toutes les ressources pour concr\u00e9tiser les projets du pays. Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la CCCC pr\u00e9cise qu&rsquo;\u00e0 son retour en Chine, il engagerait des sp\u00e9cialistes pour collaborer avec le secteur malgache sur l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration et la r\u00e9alisation des projets \u00e9voqu\u00e9s. La Route du Soleil, parmi ces projets, est la premi\u00e8re sur laquelle le groupe CCCC est en mesure d&rsquo;intervenir. C&rsquo;est un grand projet routier s&rsquo;\u00e9tendant sur presque 2 000 kilom\u00e8tres. Il d\u00e9bute \u00e0 Antsiranana et traverse toute la c\u00f4te est jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Tolagnaro.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les d\u00e9clarations du Pr\u00e9sident, il est indispensable de d\u00e9velopper le r\u00e9seau ferroviaire en parall\u00e8le avec la consolidation du r\u00e9seau routier pour optimiser le transport des individus et des biens.
