Moderniser le service public<\/h2>\n

Les Seychelles ont lanc\u00e9 le deuxi\u00e8me programme de leadership ex\u00e9cutif pour 29 des plus hauts responsables du gouvernement du pays. L’objectif de cette initiative est de moderniser le service public.<\/b><\/p>\n

Wavel Ramkalawan, le Pr\u00e9sident, a exprim\u00e9 son espoir pour ces s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es comme pour le dernier groupe. En particulier, s’assurer que le pays dispose de leaders \u00e0 tous ces postes afin de les diriger, mais \u00e9galement de servir le peuple. Ce programme d\u00e9coule de la signature d’un protocole d’accord entre les Seychelles et les \u00c9mirats arabes unis. Depuis, ce programme a permis \u00e0 27 chefs d’entreprise et hauts fonctionnaires des Seychelles d’obtenir leur dipl\u00f4me.<\/p>\n

C’est un programme d’une dur\u00e9e de cinq mois comprenant six modules, et il y aura des programmes plus importants \u00e0 venir. Certains sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes et d’autres se concentreront sur certains secteurs. Il s’agit entre autres des domaines de la finance, de la sant\u00e9 et de l’\u00e9ducation, de la logistique et de l’urbanisme. Le gouvernement a l’intention de d\u00e9velopper des centres de renomm\u00e9e mondiale afin de renforcer ses comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n

Deux modules de leur formation de leadership ex\u00e9cutif ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9s par les participants au programme. Ils pourront aussi collaborer sur un projet de modernisation plus approfondie de leurs organisations respectives et passer cinq semaines aux \u00c9mirats arabes unis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
