Am\u00e9lioration des relations commerciales entre les \u00c9tats membres<\/h2>\n

\u00c0 l’occasion de la Commission de l’Oc\u00e9an Indien (COI), Madagascar sera mis en avant. Le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de cette organisation, Edgard Razafindravahy, sera intronis\u00e9 dans ses nouvelles fonctions lors d’une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie au Hilton Mauritius.<\/b><\/p>\n

En effet, l’\u00eele Maurice est le si\u00e8ge de l’organisation r\u00e9gionale. Un \u00e9v\u00e9nement auquel participera le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Andry Rajoelina. 10e secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la COI, Edgard Razafindravahy occupera le poste de pr\u00e9sident de l’organe ex\u00e9cutif pendant 4 ans. Il sera le troisi\u00e8me Ministre malgache \u00e0 occuper cette fonction. Son mandat commence d’ailleurs \u00e0 l’occasion du 40e anniversaire de l’organisation r\u00e9gionale.<\/p>\n

Madagascar est l’un des membres fondateurs de la COI, qui compte cinq membres \u00e0 l’heure actuelle. \u00c0 la Grande \u00cele s’ajoutent l’\u00eele Maurice, les Seychelles, les Comores et la France par La R\u00e9union. L’accord de Victoria est un partenariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de coop\u00e9ration entre les membres de l’organisation r\u00e9gionale, sign\u00e9 aux Seychelles en 1984. Il stipule que les \u00c9tats membres assurent le secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’organisation de mani\u00e8re rotative.<\/p>\n

D’apr\u00e8s les explications, l’accession de Madagascar \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de la COI d\u00e8s cette ann\u00e9e est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une \u00ab victoire diplomatique \u00bb. Le 16 juillet, Edgard Razafindravahy est nomm\u00e9 \u00e0 l’unanimit\u00e9 de ses membres. Il prend la succession du professeur V\u00ealayoudom Marimoutou, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 l’ex\u00e9cutif de la Commission pendant le mandat fran\u00e7ais. Parmi les priorit\u00e9s du nouveau secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral figurent la question de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et le renforcement de la coop\u00e9ration commerciale au sein de la COI.<\/p>\n

La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de lundi sera marqu\u00e9e par une allocution du Pr\u00e9sident Rajoelina. \u00c0 d\u00e9faut, il devrait aussi s’attacher \u00e0 l’int\u00e9gration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et \u00e0 l’am\u00e9lioration des relations commerciales entre les \u00c9tats membres.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
