Attirer des investisseurs et des touristes<\/h2>\n

Mission prioritaire de la diplomatie \u00e9conomique pour les consuls honoraires de Madagascar. Les instructions de l’\u00c9tat malgache leur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transmises par la Ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, Rafaravavitafika Rasata, lors d’une r\u00e9union en ligne vendredi.<\/b><\/p>\n

La Ministre a demand\u00e9 aux consuls de jouer un r\u00f4le actif dans la promotion de Madagascar en tant que destination privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e pour les investisseurs \u00e9trangers, en mettant en \u00e9vidence les multiples opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques qu’offre le pays. Selon le minist\u00e8re, elle leur a particuli\u00e8rement rappel\u00e9 leur r\u00f4le dans la promotion de Madagascar en attirant des investisseurs et des touristes.<\/p>\n

Selon le minist\u00e8re, l’objectif est que ces diplomates puissent encourager les \u00e9changes \u00e9conomiques et renforcer la visibilit\u00e9 de Madagascar \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle internationale. Le minist\u00e8re avait d’ailleurs organis\u00e9 une r\u00e9union pour renforcer les efforts de la diplomatie malgache pour d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats nationaux \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger. En plus de la diplomatie \u00e9conomique, les consuls honoraires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9s de trouver des bourses d’\u00e9tudes pour les \u00e9tudiants. L’objectif principal de la r\u00e9union \u00e9tait de traiter divers sujets importants concernant les orientations diplomatiques et \u00e9conomiques du pays.<\/p>\n

Pendant que l’\u00c9tat malgache attend la nomination officielle d’ambassadeurs dans certains pays qui n’ont pas encore de repr\u00e9sentants fonctionnaires, il se concentre sur les consuls honoraires, qui sont des personnalit\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9voles non fonctionnaires. En plus de leur r\u00f4le de repr\u00e9sentation, les consuls honoraires sont principalement charg\u00e9s de t\u00e2ches consulaires telles que \u00ab la protection des ressortissants malgaches<\/i> \u00bb et \u00ab l’accomplissement de diverses formalit\u00e9s et de certains documents administratifs<\/i> \u00bb, comme le pr\u00e9cise le consulat honoraire de Madagascar \u00e0 Lyon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
