Parvenir \u00e0 la transformation agricole<\/h2>\n

L’\u00c9tat donne une impulsion \u00e0 l’int\u00e9gration de la culture du riz hybride dans l’agriculture. Les objectifs sont d’assurer l’autosuffisance alimentaire et de faire de l’oc\u00e9an Indien et de l’Afrique des greniers \u00e0 riz.<\/b><\/p>\n

La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation malgache a d\u00e9fendu cette id\u00e9e lors du Forum sur la coop\u00e9ration Chine-Afrique, \u00e0 Beijing. Pour y parvenir, l’\u00c9tat privil\u00e9gie l’utilisation du riz hybride. L’\u00c9tat pr\u00e9voit d’entamer la transformation agricole du pays en cultivant du riz. Il y a donc un double objectif : l’autosuffisance alimentaire et le retour au grenier rizicole de l’oc\u00e9an Indien et d’Afrique.<\/p>\n

Le riz hybride offre des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de semence qui sont adapt\u00e9es aux conditions du sol et aux conditions climatiques, offrant ainsi un rendement pouvant d\u00e9passer les 12 tonnes par hectare. Le gouvernement malgache a donc conclu deux protocoles d’accord concernant le riz hybride avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Yuan’s Seed. Dans la localit\u00e9 de Betsipotika, c\u00f4t\u00e9 Morondava, un parc de culture de la semence de riz hybride d’une superficie de 2 000 hectares sera ainsi cr\u00e9\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La valeur nutritive du riz hybride est sup\u00e9rieure de 20 % \u00e0 celle du riz classique. Gr\u00e2ce aux semences de riz hybride, il sera possible d’accro\u00eetre la production de riz ainsi que les revenus des foyers. Selon le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, les recherches ont prouv\u00e9 que chaque agriculteur augmentera consid\u00e9rablement ses revenus par hectare.
