Un secteur en constante progression<\/h2>\n

\u00c0 Madagascar, les services de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile atteignent de nouveaux niveaux. Selon les informations r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es ce lundi et consultables sur le site internet de l’Autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications (ARTEC), \u00e0 la fin 2023, il y avait 23 539 295 cartes SIM en service \u00e0 Madagascar.<\/b><\/p>\n

L’ augmentation est significative par rapport \u00e0 2022, o\u00f9 la Grande \u00eele comptait 19 707 972 cartes SIM actives. Depuis 2018, les donn\u00e9es ont continu\u00e9 de cro\u00eetre, atteignant d\u00e9j\u00e0 9 595 884 cartes SIM actives \u00e0 Madagascar. On observe une augmentation d’environ 50 % au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

En comparaison avec la croissance de la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile, la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie fixe a \u00e9galement stagn\u00e9 pour atteindre son niveau le plus bas depuis 2006. \u00c0 la fin de l’ann\u00e9e 2023, seules 3 413 lignes fixes \u00e9taient actives \u00e0 Madagascar. La diminution a commenc\u00e9 vers 2016. Entre 2016 et 2017, on a constat\u00e9 une diminution significative, passant de 148 595 \u00e0 68 792, en raison de l’assainissement des lignes par l’op\u00e9rateur historique qui les g\u00e8re. En d\u00e9pit d’un l\u00e9ger redressement en 2019 puis en 2022, la baisse s’est poursuivie.<\/p>\n

Par cons\u00e9quent, si le nombre d’appels vers les r\u00e9seaux fixes a diminu\u00e9, celui vers les r\u00e9seaux mobiles a augment\u00e9. En 2023, il y aura plus de 10 milliards de minutes d’appel.
