La modification du code du travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e. Elle attend l’entr\u00e9e en vigueur des d\u00e9crets d’application.<\/b><\/p>\n

La r\u00e9forme du code du travail donne un nouvel \u00e9lan au domaine professionnel. On y constate des \u00e9volutions significatives. L’objectif de l’\u00e9laboration de ce nouveau code est d’am\u00e9liorer l’environnement professionnel. Ils comblent tous les vides juridiques, tels que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, le travail \u00e0 domicile, la sous-traitance et le portage salarial. Maintenant, ils sont soumis \u00e0 la loi. De plus, certains aspects obscurs de l’ancien code ont \u00e9t\u00e9 clarifi\u00e9s. Chaque individu y trouve sa place et les personnes en situation de handicap auront davantage de possibilit\u00e9s de trouver un emploi.<\/p>\n

Cette r\u00e9forme est d’une importance capitale. En particulier, l’inclusion du handicap et des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 en tant que causes de discrimination, qui sont punies par la l\u00e9gislation. Il est recommand\u00e9 aux entreprises de les recruter, en offrant des avantages \u00e0 celles qui recrutent plusieurs personnes en situation de handicap. Les espaces professionnels seront \u00e9galement plus accessibles aux personnes en situation de handicap.<\/p>\n

Cette loi renforce la protection des employ\u00e9s. Auparavant, les employeurs consid\u00e9raient les infractions comme insignifiantes. Le nouveau code pr\u00e9voit une augmentation de 263 % des p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s des employeurs. Ce code octroie au p\u00e8re un cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 de trois jours.
