Des mesures renforc\u00e9es pour les arrivants<\/h2>\n

La vigilance sanitaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 accrue aux fronti\u00e8res et a\u00e9roports. Les passagers venant des pays affect\u00e9s par le Mpox seront \u00e9troitement surveill\u00e9s.<\/b><\/p>\n

Les derniers \u00e0 quitter le terminal a\u00e9roportuaire sont les passagers venant des pays o\u00f9 le Mpox circule, arriv\u00e9s hier apr\u00e8s-midi \u00e0 l’a\u00e9roport international d’Ivato par le vol ET 853 en provenance d’Addis-Abeba. Chaque passager est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par les autorit\u00e9s sanitaires dans sa ville de d\u00e9part. Les personnes provenant de pays ayant rapport\u00e9 des cas ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisies, afin d’enregistrer leurs informations personnelles dans la fiche individuelle de renseignements m\u00e9dicaux.<\/p>\n

Ces individus seront contact\u00e9s par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone par des professionnels de sant\u00e9 afin de suivre l’\u00e9volution de leur condition physique. En collaboration avec le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 publique, des actions sont entreprises afin de pr\u00e9venir la maladie Mpox. Ces mesures de pr\u00e9vention ressemblent \u00e0 celles mises en place lors des \u00e9pid\u00e9mies de chol\u00e9ra, qui n’est pas encore pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 Madagascar. Ces mesures incluent la prise de m\u00e9dicaments si besoin est, ainsi que la mise en place de la distanciation physique. Durant les vingt-et-un jours suivant l’arriv\u00e9e, les contr\u00f4les sanitaires seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, ce qui correspond \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode d’incubation du Mpox.<\/p>\n

Il y a eu une augmentation de la vigilance dans les points d’entr\u00e9e de Madagascar. Mais certaines dispositions ne sont pas toujours mises en \u0153uvre. Selon le minist\u00e8re, il n’y a actuellement aucun cas de Mpox d\u00e9tect\u00e9 \u00e0 Madagascar. Mais il est fort probable que la maladie se propage dans le pays. En 2019-2020, la Covid-19 avait r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se propager malgr\u00e9 des mesures de contr\u00f4le tr\u00e8s rigoureuses aux fronti\u00e8res. Il est essentiel que les autorit\u00e9s sanitaires pr\u00e9voient cette possibilit\u00e9 et se pr\u00e9parent d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent en \u00e9laborant une strat\u00e9gie efficace pour faire face \u00e0 cette maladie transmissible, si elle devait se faire sentir.
