La Centrale de l’or devra \u00eatre mise en service avant la fin de cette ann\u00e9e<\/h2>\n

Le Comptoir de l’or conserve son droit d’agr\u00e9ment \u00e0 20 millions MGA (4 400 USD). Le montant \u00e9tabli par le d\u00e9cret n\u00b01345 du 02 juillet 2024 est le m\u00eame que celui \u00e9tabli par le d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent concernant le r\u00e9gime de l’or en 2023.<\/b><\/p>\n

Il y a cependant des variations entre les deux textes. Selon le d\u00e9cret de 2023, cette autorisation \u00e9tait une source de revenus distincte de l’Agence nationale de la fili\u00e8re or (Anor). Celui qui vient d’\u00eatre adopt\u00e9 et qui est en vigueur stipule que ce droit est d\u00fb \u00e0 la Centrale de l’or de Madagascar (COM). La COM sera un \u00e9tablissement public industriel et commercial (Epic) d\u00e9pendant du minist\u00e8re des Mines.<\/p>\n

L’agr\u00e9ment du Comptoir de l’or a d’ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 prolong\u00e9 de deux ans sa validit\u00e9. Renouvelable une ou plusieurs fois, pour une dur\u00e9e d’un an. Conform\u00e9ment au d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, l’agr\u00e9ment peut \u00eatre renouvel\u00e9 dans les m\u00eames conditions que l’agr\u00e9ment initial.<\/p>\n

Le titulaire de l’agr\u00e9ment de Comptoir de l’or a le droit d’acheter, de vendre, de traiter, de fonder, d’exporter et d’importer de l’or. Les modalit\u00e9s d’obtention demeurent les m\u00eames. Le postulant doit \u00eatre une entreprise malgache avec un repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal qui vit en permanence \u00e0 Madagascar.<\/p>\n

Selon Ntsay Christian, le Premier ministre, la Centrale de l’or de Madagascar devra \u00eatre mise en service avant la fin de cette ann\u00e9e. Pour sa part, la raffinerie nationale d’or devra commencer \u00e0 fonctionner l’ann\u00e9e prochaine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
