Un appel d’offres lanc\u00e9 par l’\u00c9tat<\/h2>\n

En ao\u00fbt 2025, la Grande \u00cele sera pr\u00eate \u00e0 recevoir le 45e sommet des chefs d’\u00c9tat et de gouvernement de la SADC. L’h\u00f4tel cinq \u00e9toiles d’Ivato est l’un des \u00e9tablissements h\u00f4teliers choisis pour accueillir ces dirigeants lors de cette occasion, mais il est n\u00e9cessaire de le remettre aux normes.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Andry Rajoelina, a affirm\u00e9 cela lors d’une visite sur le terrain vendredi. Par cons\u00e9quent, il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir remarqu\u00e9 les faiblesses dans la gestion de cet \u00e9tablissement pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment. Cependant, le Pr\u00e9sident a garanti que l’\u00e9tablissement sera r\u00e9nov\u00e9 d\u00e8s que possible pour qu’il puisse accueillir les dirigeants des pays membres de la SADC d’ici 2025.<\/p>\n

Consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le tr\u00e9sor du tourisme d’affaires de la Grande \u00cele, l’h\u00f4tel international d’Ivato a \u00e9t\u00e9 pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es en plein essor. En 2008, l’h\u00f4tel avait \u00e9t\u00e9 construit pour accueillir le 13e sommet de l’Union africaine en 2009, mais l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 Syrte en Libye. Depuis 2021, cet \u00e9tablissement est sous la gestion de l’\u00c9tat, apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de blocage. Un appel d’offres a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 par l’\u00c9tat pour trouver des partenaires pour l’exploitation de cet h\u00f4tel, construit sur 27 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s. Fin mai, le Ministre du Tourisme a fait savoir que plusieurs entreprises ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 exprim\u00e9 leur int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la gestion de l’h\u00f4tel international d’Ivato.<\/p>\n

De nombreuses entreprises et investisseurs ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l\u2019appel d’offres.
