Plusieurs investisseurs institutionnels africains convi\u00e9s<\/h2>\n

Un accord a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu entre la banque d’investissement continentale Africa50 et le gouvernement de Madagascar. La grande \u00eele est d\u00e9sign\u00e9e comme l’h\u00f4te de l’ Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Actionnaires 2024 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette aide.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le document a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 au nom du gouvernement par Rindra Hasimbelo Rabarinirinarison, Ministre de l’Economie et des Finances de Madagascar, et par Fleur Tchibota, Chef de cabinet, au nom d’Africa50. Africa50 est ravi de collaborer avec le gouvernement de Madagascar afin de susciter des investissements dans les infrastructures en Afrique. En particulier, en soutenant la transition du continent vers la durabilit\u00e9. La r\u00e9union annuelle des actionnaires d’Africa50 est programm\u00e9e pour le 19 septembre 2024. Les pr\u00e9paratifs pour l’organisation de cette manifestation ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9. Il y a quelques jours, une r\u00e9union avec les autorit\u00e9s malgaches a eu lieu \u00e0 cet effet \u00e0 Antananarivo.<\/p>\n

Le Groupe Africa50 se positionne comme la premi\u00e8re plateforme d’investissement en infrastructures en Afrique du Sud. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet organisme financier, la premi\u00e8re cl\u00f4ture du Fonds d’acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration pour les infrastructures Africa50 (Africa50-IAF) a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, avec un montant d’engagements de 222,5 millions USD. En effet, Africa50-IAF a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 attirer l’implication de 16 investisseurs institutionnels africains. Parmi ceux-ci se trouvent des des fonds de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, des fonds souverains, des fonds de pension, des banques et des institutions de financement du d\u00e9veloppement et des compagnies d’assurance.<\/p>\n

Selon le Groupe Africa50, les acteurs r\u00e9gionaux sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 apporter des changements transformateurs sur le continent.
