Garantir une qualit\u00e9 optimale des donn\u00e9es num\u00e9ris\u00e9es<\/h2>\n

Le projet \u00ab e-Fokontany \u00bb est d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle nationale par le minist\u00e8re de l’Int\u00e9rieur et le minist\u00e8re du D\u00e9veloppement num\u00e9rique, des Postes et des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le 30 juillet, le Ministre Tahina Razafindramalo a effectu\u00e9 une visite \u00e0 Antanetibe pour \u00e9valuer les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par les \u00e9quipes responsables de la num\u00e9risation des donn\u00e9es. Environ 400 agents sont actuellement engag\u00e9s pour garantir le succ\u00e8s de cette initiative pr\u00e9sidentielle. Ils ont pour mission de recevoir les registres papiers des Fokontany et de les enregistrer dans une plateforme num\u00e9rique centrale. De plus, ils doivent \u00e9galement v\u00e9rifier leur conformit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des superviseurs comp\u00e9tents.<\/p>\n

Le nettoyage des donn\u00e9es est \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par les \u00e9quipes qui utilisent des m\u00e9tadonn\u00e9es provenant de sources de contr\u00f4le afin d’assurer l’int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des informations sur la population. Outre la digitalisation, ces \u00e9quipes pr\u00e9parent les listes afin de les imprimer sur des carnets de Fokontany avec des QR codes.<\/p>\n

Il sera indispensable d’utiliser ces carnets pour r\u00e9partir les aides de l’\u00c9tat de mani\u00e8re efficace et transparente. D\u00e9j\u00e0, 1,517 millions de foyers profitent de ce nouveau carnet. Les \u00e9quipes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 encourag\u00e9es par le Ministre Razafindramalo \u00e0 maintenir un rythme soutenu et \u00e0 garantir une qualit\u00e9 optimale des donn\u00e9es num\u00e9ris\u00e9es.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
