Six revues semestrielles pr\u00e9vues sur 3 ans<\/h2>\n

Le Fonds mon\u00e9taire international (FMI) pr\u00e9voit une premi\u00e8re \u00e9valuation de la Facilit\u00e9 \u00e9largie de cr\u00e9dit (Fec) du 30 septembre au 11 octobre.<\/b><\/p>\n

Cette d\u00e9claration fait suite \u00e0 une r\u00e9union entre Eklou Kodjovi, le nouveau repr\u00e9sentant permanent du FMI \u00e0 Madagascar, et la Ministre malgache de l’Economie et des finances, Rindra Hasimbelo Rabarinirinarison. Avant cette premi\u00e8re revue, il est n\u00e9cessaire de prendre plusieurs mesures. En particulier, selon la liste des mesures pr\u00e9liminaires et des rep\u00e8res structurels mentionn\u00e9s dans l’accord avec le FMI. Dans le programme de la Fec pour Madagascar, six revues semestrielles sont pr\u00e9vues sur une p\u00e9riode de 36 mois, \u00e0 partir de juin.<\/p>\n

Le FMI aura \u00e9galement l’opportunit\u00e9 de remettre \u00e0 Madagascar \u00ab l’article IV \u00bb lors de cette premi\u00e8re revue. Ce rapport trimestriel aborde diff\u00e9rents th\u00e8mes \u00e9conomiques. Cette ann\u00e9e, il se concentre sur quatre aspects essentiels. L’\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique, la production de riz, l’importance de l’\u00e9ducation dans l’\u00e9volution \u00e9conomique, et l’incidence du changement climatique sur l’\u00e9conomie nationale.<\/p>\n

Le FMI a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait savoir que Madagascar recevra imm\u00e9diatement 48 millions USD. De plus, une premi\u00e8re partie d’un programme de la Fec d’un montant total de 337 millions USD est pr\u00e9vue pour une dur\u00e9e de 36 mois. Le conseil d’administration du FMI a pris cette d\u00e9cision le 21 juin, suite \u00e0 l’\u00e9tude de la requ\u00eate de Madagascar pour de nouvelles mesures dans le cadre de la FEC.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
