Promouvoir l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes<\/h2>\n

La femme repr\u00e9sente plus de la moiti\u00e9 de la population malgache. Elles sont d\u00e9sormais des acteurs cl\u00e9s du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et sont incit\u00e9es \u00e0 s’int\u00e9grer dans les march\u00e9s r\u00e9gionaux africains.<\/b><\/p>\n

La participation des femmes aux march\u00e9s r\u00e9gionaux comme le Comesa est encourag\u00e9e. Toutefois, elles restent encore minoritaires sur ces march\u00e9s, malgr\u00e9 leur importance pour le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique du pays. Peu d’entre elles peuvent aujourd’hui s’engager pleinement dans diff\u00e9rents domaines, notamment \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n

Dans cette situation, le gouvernement et le secteur priv\u00e9, en collaboration avec les membres du Comesa, ont organis\u00e9 un atelier afin de d\u00e9velopper une politique nationale visant \u00e0 promouvoir l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les hommes et les femmes. L’objectif de cette initiative est de promouvoir l’implication des femmes dans les march\u00e9s r\u00e9gionaux de l’Afrique, en particulier le Comesa.<\/p>\n

En l’absence de proportionnalit\u00e9 des lois, les femmes ne peuvent pas avoir une participation pleine, m\u00eame si elles repr\u00e9sentent la majorit\u00e9 de la population. Selon Rova Rabetaliana, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Population au minist\u00e8re de la Population et des Solidarit\u00e9s, il est impossible de r\u00e9aliser un d\u00e9veloppement significatif si la majorit\u00e9 de la population reste inactive. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette ligne directrice, les femmes pourront progresser et participer au d\u00e9veloppement de Madagascar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
