Am\u00e9liorer la gestion des foyers<\/h2>\n

Actuellement, le gouvernement malgache travaille sur la mise en place du projet \u00ab e-fokontany \u00bb \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle nationale.<\/b><\/p>\n

L’objectif de ce projet est d’am\u00e9liorer la gestion des foyers en utilisant un carnet \u00e9lectronique \u00e9quip\u00e9 d’un code QR, appel\u00e9 le \u00ab Karinem-pokontany \u00bb. Ce nouveau carnet est d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 par 1,517 millions de foyers, tandis que Madagascar compte 5,8 millions de foyers, selon les estimations du dernier recensement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n

Selon Andry Rasoanaivo, responsable du minist\u00e8re du D\u00e9veloppement du num\u00e9rique, des Postes et des T\u00e9l\u00e9communications (MNDPT), les prochains registres mis \u00e0 jour sont disponibles pour la semaine du 9 ao\u00fbt. Le recensement des m\u00e9nages est effectu\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re de l’Int\u00e9rieur et financ\u00e9 par la Banque mondiale, sur une p\u00e9riode de 15 jours. Tandis que le MNDPT s’occupe de l’enregistrement des informations recueillies.<\/p>\n

En effectuant cette op\u00e9ration, des informations de qualit\u00e9 seront recueillies et serviront de base fiable pour \u00e9valuer la priorit\u00e9 des actions sociales en fonction de la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des foyers. L’e-fokontany utilise \u00e9galement les informations du programme national \u00ab Loharano \u00bb, mis en place en avril 2020. Il implique de num\u00e9riser les registres papiers des fokontany et de g\u00e9rer la r\u00e9partition des aides de l’\u00c9tat. Le programme Loharano est constitu\u00e9 d’un groupe de travail qui a pour mission de superviser la r\u00e9partition des aides de l’\u00c9tat au profit des r\u00e9sidents de chaque fokontany.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
