L\u2019objectif est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;utilisation des monnaies locales dans le r\u00e8glement des transactions financi\u00e8res et commerciales transfrontali\u00e8res, en interconnectant les syst\u00e8mes de paiement et de messagerie entre les deux pays.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Selon un communiqu\u00e9 de presse conjoint de la CBS et de la CBUAE, les protocoles d&rsquo;accord ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s \u00e0 Abu Dhabi, le 18 juillet, par la gouverneure de la CBS, Caroline Abel, et pour la CBUAE, par le gouverneur Khaled Mohamed Balama. Le premier protocole d\u2019accord \u00e9tablit un cadre visant \u00e0 promouvoir l\u2019utilisation des monnaies locales dans le r\u00e8glement des transactions commerciales bilat\u00e9rales, \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le march\u00e9 des changes et \u00e0 faciliter le commerce bilat\u00e9ral et l\u2019investissement direct, le r\u00e8glement des transferts de fonds et le d\u00e9veloppement du march\u00e9 financier.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le second protocole d&rsquo;accord, les deux parties consolideront la coop\u00e9ration et l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat mutuel des services de plateformes de paiement instantan\u00e9, de commutateurs \u00e9lectroniques et de syst\u00e8mes de messagerie, en les reliant directement aux exigences r\u00e9glementaires des deux pays. Le gouverneur de la CBS a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que pour les petites \u00e9conomies insulaires ouvertes comme les Seychelles, l\u2019importance d\u2019un syst\u00e8me financier efficace et efficace pour faciliter le commerce est tr\u00e8s important.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <i>\u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, les protocoles d\u2019accord qui viennent d\u2019\u00eatre sign\u00e9s entre nos deux banques centrales, guid\u00e9s par les lois pertinentes et applicables pour pr\u00e9server la solidit\u00e9 et l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de nos syst\u00e8mes financiers respectifs, peuvent contribuer \u00e0 cet effort <\/i>\u00bb.
