La technologie joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la mise en place des lois dans le pays. L\u2019application num\u00e9rique appel\u00e9e \u00ab Vien \u00bb a pour objectif de rendre les lois en vigueur plus accessibles.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le concours micro-projet de l’Econnect a \u00e9t\u00e9 remport\u00e9 par Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Mozambique. Il a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son projet lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des prix \u00e0 l’h\u00f4tel de ville d’Analakely. C’est une application num\u00e9rique appel\u00e9e \u00ab Vien<\/i> \u00bb, cr\u00e9\u00e9e dans le but de rendre les lois plus accessibles \u00e0 Madagascar. Cette application sera ouverte \u00e0 tous afin de faire la promotion et la diffusion des lois, des arr\u00eat\u00e9s, des circulaires, des d\u00e9cisions et des constitutions qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9es par les tribunaux.<\/p>\n

La plateforme en ligne permet d’acc\u00e9der facilement et rapidement aux bases de donn\u00e9es juridiques du pays. En plus des dix mille citations de textes de lois, l’application inclut \u00e9galement un annuaire des juristes. L’objectif de cette initiative est de lutter contre l’usurpation d’identit\u00e9. De cette mani\u00e8re, cette application permettra aux utilisateurs de dialoguer directement avec un avocat et de recevoir des conseils juridiques.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Vien est disponible pour \u00eatre t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 sur Google Play Store<\/i> \u00bb, annonce le PDG Fondateur de Tech Aid Madagascar. Depuis l’ann\u00e9e 2022, cette application compte trois mille utilisateurs.
