Selon le minist\u00e8re de l’industrialisation et du commerce, le prix de la farine sur le march\u00e9 local n\u2019aura pas d’augmentation et ne d\u00e9passera pas les 3 500 MGA le kilo (0,78 USD).<\/b><\/p>\n

Selon le responsable du Commerce Int\u00e9rieur, le prix d’un sac de farine de cinquante kilos est de 33 USD \u00e0 la sortie des usines locales. Compte tenu des autres d\u00e9penses, telles que le transport, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable que le prix de la farine ne d\u00e9passe pas les 0,78 USD \u00e0 Antananarivo. Ce prix est plus bas que celui de la farine import\u00e9e. Gr\u00e2ce aux perturbations du fret maritime et aux comportements sp\u00e9culatifs, le prix d’un sac de cinquante kilos peut atteindre 45 USD.<\/p>\n

Cependant, les consommateurs pourront avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 toutes les gammes de farine disponibles sur le march\u00e9. Les usines locales ont produit pr\u00e8s de 175 000 tonnes de farine cette ann\u00e9e. Cette production assure la satisfaction de 75 % des besoins locaux et garantit la disponibilit\u00e9 de cette denr\u00e9e essentielle, \u00e9vitant ainsi tout risque d’insuffisance.<\/p>\n

Selon le directeur du Commerce Int\u00e9rieur, la pr\u00e9sence de farine locale \u00e9carte tout risque de hausse des prix. Selon les boulangers, qui sont les principaux consommateurs de farine, cette stabilit\u00e9 les rassure.
