Les petits producteurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du soutien du programme de D\u00e9veloppement des fili\u00e8res agricoles inclusives (D\u00e9fis) qui s’appuie sur les groupements villageois d’entraide communautaire (GVEC).<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00c0 partir de 2019, le programme D\u00e9fis, soutenu par le Fonds international de d\u00e9veloppement agricole (Fida), a donn\u00e9 acc\u00e8s \u00e0 13 190 exploitations agricoles familiales (EAF) aux avantages propos\u00e9s par 686 GVEC du pays. Ce programme offre \u00e0 la fois des services financiers \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 tels que l’\u00e9pargne et le cr\u00e9dit, ainsi que des services non financiers tels que l’\u00e9ducation financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Les GVEC sont constitu\u00e9s de 15 \u00e0 25 individus qui rassemblent leurs \u00e9conomies afin de donner des pr\u00eats internes. Cela encourage une ind\u00e9pendance financi\u00e8re commune. Les femmes et autres petits producteurs qui n\u2019ont pas acc\u00e8s aux services des institutions de microfinance traditionnelles b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de ces groupements.<\/p>\n

Lors de son premier cycle \u00e0 Manakara, le GVEC Miaradia a r\u00e9parti un montant historique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une gestion m\u00e9ticuleuse de ses ressources. Les GVEC ont \u00e9galement diminu\u00e9 leur taux d’int\u00e9r\u00eat afin de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d’une participation financi\u00e8re accrue. D’apr\u00e8s le rapport du programme D\u00e9fis, \u00ab Ces groupements incitent leurs membres \u00e0 ouvrir des comptes aupr\u00e8s des institutions de microfinance et des banques r\u00e9gionales avec des taux passant de 9 \u00e0 8 % \u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
