Le gouvernement de Maurice a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;un des premiers pays \u00e0 avoir adopt\u00e9 une l\u00e9gislation sur les Crypto Assets en adoptant le Virtual Asset and Initial Token Offer Services Act.<\/p>\n<p>En Afrique subsaharienne, le taux de bancarisation a effectivement augment\u00e9 depuis 2011 pour atteindre 49 % de la population adulte. Cependant, les disparit\u00e9s avec les pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et au sein de la r\u00e9gion persistent. Selon la Banque mondiale, m\u00eame si Maurice occupe la premi\u00e8re place du classement avec un taux d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux services bancaires de 91 %, seulement 6 % de la population du Sud-Soudan poss\u00e8de un compte bancaire. Des crit\u00e8res qui rendent ces conf\u00e9rences essentielles afin de rassembler toutes les parties prenantes et de parvenir \u00e0 des consensus
