Cadre d’apprentissage contemporain et souple<\/h2>\n

Avec l’aide de l’USAID et du PNUD, une salle de formation ultramoderne a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9gion Sava, \u00e0 l’h\u00f4tel des finances de Sambava.<\/b><\/p>\n

L’objectif de cette initiative est de consolider les comp\u00e9tences locales en gouvernance et d’am\u00e9liorer les services publics. L’institut national de la d\u00e9centralisation et du d\u00e9veloppement local (INDDL) dispose d’une salle de formation comprenant vingt-cinq ordinateurs de bureau, un ordinateur portable, une imprimante, un vid\u00e9oprojecteur, un \u00e9cran de projection et un dispositif audio. Elle convient \u00e9galement aux vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rences et aux cours en ligne, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un cadre d’apprentissage contemporain et souple.<\/p>\n

Cette initiative vise principalement \u00e0 satisfaire les exigences croissantes d’un monde professionnel en perp\u00e9tuelle mutation et \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer de mani\u00e8re efficace les futurs cadres. L’USAID et le PNUD ont pour objectif d’am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des services propos\u00e9s par les Collectivit\u00e9s territoriales d\u00e9centralis\u00e9es (CTD) et les Services techniques d\u00e9concentr\u00e9s (STD) gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette contribution. Les fonctionnaires et les autorit\u00e9s locales peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la salle de formation high-tech afin d’acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences techniques indispensables pour une gouvernance plus efficace et transparente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
