Philippe Dupichot, pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;association Henri Capitant explique que pendant ces trois jours, les participants r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re la plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fique d&rsquo;exploiter cette opportunit\u00e9 pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;association, 22 pays sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et les discussions portent sur \u00ab <i>Les diff\u00e9rentes comp\u00e9tences d&rsquo;un propri\u00e9taire sur son terrain, les diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons de prouver sa propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et les diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons de financer son acquisition dans le contexte actuel <\/i>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;association Henri Capitant, elle encourage les \u00e9changes intellectuels et amicaux entre les juristes de toutes origines. Philippe Dupichot d\u00e9clare qu&rsquo;il esp\u00e8re des cons\u00e9quences juridiques, \u00e9conomiques et l&rsquo;expansion des \u00e9changes acad\u00e9miques afin de favoriser l&rsquo;excellence
