Un outil d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 dans plusieurs pays d’Afrique<\/h2>\n

La plateforme e-TariffTool est lanc\u00e9e par la Douane malgache. Il s’agit d’une plateforme en ligne ouverte au grand public qui permet de consulter de mani\u00e8re efficace et exhaustive les tarifs douaniers.<\/b><\/p>\n

Selon Lahinkana Zafvanona Ernest, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Douanes, plus de 6 250 lignes tarifaires sont incluses dans les tarifs douaniers. L’utilisation de cet outil a \u00e9t\u00e9 expliqu\u00e9e dans les locaux des Douanes malgaches \u00e0 Tsaralal\u00e0na Anta\u00adnanarivo.<\/p>\n

Il n’est pas possible pour tout le monde de faire des d\u00e9clarations aupr\u00e8s de la Douane. Les lignes tarifaires, souvent en contradiction avec les lois de finances, requi\u00e8rent des comp\u00e9tences particuli\u00e8res pour \u00eatre interpr\u00e9t\u00e9es, ce qui justifie la sollicitation de transitaires professionnels. La direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Douanes a re\u00e7u l’appui de l’Organisation mondiale des Douanes (OMD) pour mettre en place l’e-TariffTool dans le cadre du programme Syst\u00e8me harmonis\u00e9 (SH) Afrique. Pour \u00eatre comp\u00e9tents dans l’utilisation de cet outil, des responsables de la Douane malgache ont suivi une formation de deux jours.<\/p>\n

L’outil propose des renseignements exhaustifs concernant les codes tarifaires ainsi que les droits et taxes qui s’appliquent \u00e0 divers types de produits. L’e-tarif est d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 dans plusieurs pays d’Afrique subsaharienne et d’Afrique de l’Est, et il est m\u00eame en place \u00e0 l’\u00eele Maurice. Un menu sp\u00e9cifique \u00ab etariff.douanes.gov.mg<\/i> \u00bb sera sur le site web de la Douane ainsi que sur le portail d’information commerciale. Selon le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Douanes, l’e-tarif devrait \u00eatre mis en place sur la plateforme d’information commerciale d’ici juillet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
