Renforcer la coop\u00e9ration dans le domaine de la r\u00e9gulation des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications<\/h2>\n

Parall\u00e8lement au 21\u1d49 s\u00e9minaire Fratel qui a eu lieu au Togo, un m\u00e9morandum d’entente a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 entre l’Autorit\u00e9 de R\u00e9gulation des Technologies de Communication (ARTEC) de Madagascar et l’Autorit\u00e9 de R\u00e9gulation des Communications \u00c9lectroniques et des Postes (ARCEP) du Togo.<\/b><\/p>\n

Ce rapprochement a pour objectif de renforcer la coop\u00e9ration dans le domaine de la r\u00e9gulation des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications entre les deux pays. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet accord, les deux autorit\u00e9s auront la possibilit\u00e9 de transmettre des informations, de coordonner leurs efforts et de mettre en place des initiatives collectives visant \u00e0 promouvoir le d\u00e9veloppement durable des TIC. Cela se fera \u00e0 travers des \u00e9changes r\u00e9guliers et quotidiens et des \u00e9changes d’exp\u00e9rience dans le cadre d’un programme d’actions partag\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le m\u00e9morandum traite principalement des syst\u00e8mes de surveillance du secteur, de l’analyse des march\u00e9s et de la concurrence, ainsi que des principes de r\u00e9gulation et de r\u00e9glementation. Cependant, il est \u00e9galement possible de mettre \u00e0 disposition des comp\u00e9tences et de partager des bonnes pratiques afin de renforcer les comp\u00e9tences du personnel des deux autorit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

L’occasion a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi par la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de l’ARTEC, dirig\u00e9e par son pr\u00e9sident du conseil d’administration, pour visiter le centre de supervision de la qualit\u00e9 de service et l’observatoire des march\u00e9s de l’ARCEP Togo. Finalement, la conclusion de cet accord de partenariat t\u00e9moigne de l’engagement des deux autorit\u00e9s de r\u00e9gulation \u00e0 collaborer pour stimuler la dynamique du secteur des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
