Des opportunit\u00e9s de coop\u00e9ration entre l’OHADA et le GEM<\/h2>\n

Le secteur priv\u00e9 malgache, \u00e0 travers le Groupement des Entreprises de Madagascar (GEM), exprime \u00e0 nouveau son d\u00e9sir de voir la Grande \u00cele rejoindre rapidement l’Organisation pour l’Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires (OHADA).<\/b><\/p>\n

Il s’agit d’une des plus importantes r\u00e9ussites en mati\u00e8re d’int\u00e9gration juridique. OHADA est une entit\u00e9 internationale, dot\u00e9e d’une personnalit\u00e9 juridique internationale et visant \u00e0 favoriser l’int\u00e9gration juridique entre ses \u00c9tats membres.<\/p>\n

D’apr\u00e8s la plateforme patronale la plus importante du pays, des discussions constructives ont eu lieu sur diff\u00e9rents sujets d’int\u00e9r\u00eat commun. En particulier, concernant les opportunit\u00e9s de coop\u00e9ration entre l’OHADA et le secteur priv\u00e9 malgache. L’initiative de cette r\u00e9union est salu\u00e9e par le GEM. Les participants s’engagent \u00e0 continuer le dialogue avec le Secr\u00e9tariat Permanent de l’Ohada, le Point Focal pour Madagascar et toutes les parties prenantes (minist\u00e8res, universitaires, magistrats, etc.). Le but est d’encourager un cadre commercial propice \u00e0 la croissance \u00e9conomique et \u00e0 l’investissement \u00e0 Madagascar<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Dans cette optique, le \u00ab Consortium malagasy pour l’OHADA<\/i> \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e0 Madagascar le 9 avril 2024, rassemblant les principaux groupements professionnels du secteur priv\u00e9, du secteur lib\u00e9ral et du secteur associatif. Par cons\u00e9quent, il semble que le secteur priv\u00e9 souhaite faire preuve de toute sa force pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l’int\u00e9gration de la Grande \u00cele dans l’espace juridique Ohada. La d\u00e9cision du patronat repose principalement sur l’analyse men\u00e9e par le cabinet MCI concernant la possibilit\u00e9 d’adh\u00e9sion de Madagascar et les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019affaires.
