Dans une d\u00e9claration commune ce 11 mai 2024, ils expriment leur souhait de prot\u00e9ger les esp\u00e8ces sauvages et les bois pr\u00e9cieux contre les corrompus et les politiciens v\u00e9reux. <b>Ce collectif souligne \u00e9galement l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;agir rapidement face \u00e0 la multiplication des cas de trafic d&rsquo;animaux sauvages<\/b>, en particulier \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche des \u00e9lections. Bien que les forces de l&rsquo;ordre et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile fassent des efforts, les r\u00e9seaux de trafiquants demeurent actifs et s&rsquo;ajustent constamment aux mesures de lutte mises en place.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le COJEAA, il est essentiel de garantir une transparence totale concernant les sources de financement des \u00e9lections et de soutenir la r\u00e9duction des fonds de campagne afin de promouvoir l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances entre les candidats. Le Pr Jonah Ratsim\u00adbazafy, pr\u00e9sident du GERP, met en garde contre le trafic de viande provenant d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces sauvages prot\u00e9g\u00e9es, qui, selon lui, \u00ab <i>continue de se d\u00e9velopper dans certaines r\u00e9gions, malgr\u00e9 les interdictions en vigueur<\/i> \u00bb. Le groupe demande aux autorit\u00e9s de mettre fin \u00e0 ces restaurants qui proposent de la viande d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces prot\u00e9g\u00e9es et de sensibiliser la population \u00e0 ce sujet.<\/p>\n<p>Le COJEAA appelle donc tous les acteurs, notamment les personnes en charge, \u00e0 prendre des mesures concr\u00e8tes pour pr\u00e9server les ressources
