Possibilit\u00e9 de pr\u00eats concessionnels aux entreprises<\/h2>\n

Dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre du projet \u00ab FIER \u00bb financ\u00e9 par le Fonds conjoint des Nations Unies pour les Objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable, les entreprises peuvent acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des pr\u00eats concessionnels, des garanties et des subventions compl\u00e9mentaires pour le financement des projets sur l\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable et durable \u00e0 Madagascar.<\/b><\/p>\n

L’appel \u00e0 manifestation d’int\u00e9r\u00eat y aff\u00e9rent vient d’\u00eatre lanc\u00e9 par le Programme des Nations Unies pour le D\u00e9veloppement (PNUD) et le Fonds d\u2019\u00e9quipement des Nations unies (UNCDF). L’objectif, selon les promoteurs du projet, est de d\u00e9velopper une ligne de financement pour des projets d’\u00e9nergie durable et d’efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e0 Madagascar.<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 son fort potentiel en \u00e9nergies renouvelables, la Grande \u00cele tout comme la majorit\u00e9 des pays en voie d\u00e9veloppement, est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par un secteur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique peu d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et vuln\u00e9rable aux chocs exog\u00e8nes et aux changements climatiques. Madagascar pr\u00e9sente un faible taux d\u2019\u00e9lectrification de 26 %, un faible taux d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 (35,1 %) selon les derni\u00e8res estimations de la Banque Mondiale, r\u00e9parti de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e entre les zones urbaines (60 %) et les zones rurales (15,1 %) en 2022.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, plus de 92% des m\u00e9nages malgaches d\u00e9pendent du bois de feu, du charbon de bois et autres biomasses pour satisfaire leurs besoins en \u00e9nergie de cuisson. En 2018, seulement 0,6 % des m\u00e9nages malgaches utilisent des combustibles propres et seulement 0,3 % d\u2019entre eux utilisent des fours de cuisson am\u00e9lior\u00e9s. Ces pr\u00eats seront accord\u00e9s par l\u2019UNCDF (Fonds d\u2019\u00e9quipement des Nations unies). <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
