Sensibilisation de l\u2019impact sur le processus \u00e9lectoral consulaire<\/h2>\n

La Chambre de commerce de Ngazidja, en collaboration avec l’Union des Chambres de Commerce, d’Industrie et d’Artisanat, organise un atelier de sensibilisation le mercredi 6 mars 2024. L’\u00e9v\u00e9nement rassemble plusieurs op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques, dont des commer\u00e7ants et des artisans.<\/b><\/p>\n

L’objectif principal de ce programme est d\u2019informer les acteurs \u00e9conomiques sur les r\u00e9cents changements statutaires entr\u00e9s en vigueur en 2023. Ce d\u00e9cret remplace ainsi la loi obsol\u00e8te de 1995 suite \u00e0 la s\u00e9paration des chambres de commerce et d’agriculture. Le Directeur r\u00e9gional de la CCIA Ngazidja, Hamidou Mhoma, souligne que la Chambre de commerce demeure une institution gouvernementale charg\u00e9e de la protection des int\u00e9r\u00eats du secteur priv\u00e9 \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle nationale.<\/p>\n

L\u2019atelier permet \u00e9galement aux participants de comprendre les implications de ces changements sur le processus \u00e9lectoral consulaire. Les modifications apport\u00e9es par ces nouveaux statuts comprennent notamment l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019effectif d’\u00e9lus et les crit\u00e8res d’\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 plus stricts. \u00ab Pour \u00eatre \u00e9lecteur, il est d\u00e9sormais requis d’\u00eatre membre de la chambre depuis au moins un an avant les \u00e9lections. Tandis que l’\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessite une adh\u00e9sion d’au moins trois ans et une affiliation \u00e0 l’une des organisations partenaires<\/i> \u00bb, ajoute Hamidou Mhoma.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
